Be sure to tell or show us your inspiration. For example cotton candy, confetti etc...
This is one of the few comps that I will allow you to use anything on Stardoll
(stardesign, beauty parlor, scenery etc..)
AND
you are also welcome to use paint, gimp, photoshop etc...
Whatever you can think of to create your look!
